Azure limits on vCPUs ESv5

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create an HCIBox according to the new documentation (bicep), but I've run into a problem that Azure doesn't have resources (vCPUs), specifically I can't increase the "Standard ESv5 Family vCPUs" limit on the subscription.

I tried to increase ESv5 limit in different regions and everywhere I get:
The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

I've created a support case with Microsoft, where they told me that it's currently not possible to increase limits because Azure doesn't have resources. I've tried trying in other regions around the world, but the same problem.

Can you please advise me in which region are still enough resources for HCIBox and I can deploy HCIBox?

We do have plans to support different regions for the Azure Local cluster registration and the underlying Azure VM. However, even if we had support for this now - do you have access to ESv5 capacity in other regions?
What about ESv6 series, do you have access to that? I have successfully tested HCIBox with ESv6, but it is not incorporated yet.

In every region I see:

When I try to change ESv5 in any region, it fails, that azure have no enough resources.

I tried to change limit for ESv6 (eastus) and with success:

If there is possibility to use ESv6, can you navigate me please?

That is great.
In order to support v6, we need to update the Bicep template for HCIBox.

I have created a Pull Request for this:

We need to perform some tests before we merge, but you can deploy from my feature branch if you want in the meantime:
