Doc : "Estimated Time" notes for longer running steps during setup (LocalBox)

during the setup of localbox there are several steps that can take more than "a moment", and sometimes hours. it would be good to add a note for any step that is known to take more than "a couple of minutes". this can help deciding "should i still start it or wait until tomorrow" and also set expectations so one does not start wondering if a task has "stalled" or not.

also considering the cost of the VM a "set and forget (and hope it finishes eventually)" might rack up some coins.
