Explanation of the parameters required to setup the provider - AZURESTACKHCI_BINARY_LOCATION

Hi Folks,

I was trying to setup the provider to setup K8s Clusters on my Azure Stack HCI setup but hit a roadblock in running make create-cluster as some environment variables are not set. I wanted to particularly understand what the variable - AZURESTACKHCI_BINARY_LOCATION does as it is not clear in the documentation. Is it a OCI image location/an endpoint in my setup. I am really new to the Azure Stack HCI setup and this might be a beginner level question.

I appreciate any help in this regard and I would be open to helping out with contributing to making the provider better(with docs/code contributions) as I explore the possibilities with the provider. Thanks in advance :)
