Move the content from the RAG on Rails repo to this repo (https://github.com/commercial-software-engineering/ISE-Security-TD-Playbook). All approvals for going public have already been completed, up through Kanaka (GM). RAG on Rails has been deprioritized as a SolutionOps asset and most of this guidance would apply to most engagements happening now.
