Support for Mariner is still a WIP

The latest release of microsoft/git seems to require libcurl-gnutls. Need to figure out how to get that on a Mariner system, or maybe need to look into doing a build on Mariner rather than using the binaries.

This was working before, so I am assuming it is specific to the latest build from yesterday.

Just as a followup, I updated the feature to build from source on Mariner so this should work OK now if it is needed on that distro.
