docs: add reserved characters for declarative parsing to the documentation site

🙋 Documentation Request

We currently use various reserved characters such as "{{" and "}}", and "<f-", for errors this should point to published documentation pages.

💁 Possible Solution

Documentation page & error report that links to the documentation.
