x_CostAllocationRuleName wrong costs

We have several cost allocation rules for resources which divide the cost through different cost centers. on the portal this works great, on focus export when I try to filter by x_CostAllocationRuleName i get 0 for the effectivecost sum value
if i browse the table I see very small costs in possitive and negative values.

@leandroamore Are you seeing this in a Data Explorer query or in a Power BI report? If it's Power BI, check to see if there's a global filter applied. We used to do that. I thought we removed them all, but that could be the issue.
