Description

@vandriot

🐛 Problem

In the Cost Optimization workbook, tab Rate optimization for Azure Hybrid Benefit, I can see a every odd number of vCores for my SQLMI (44 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000).
The item in the workbook is called "Summary SQLMI+SKU AHB Disabled - per Priority)".

👣 Repro steps

  1. Go to the Cost optimization workbook
  2. Click on Rate optimization tab
  3. Select SQL and then SQL Managed Instances
  4. Scroll down to the diagram "SQL Managed Instances AHB Cores not enabled per AHB Priority"
  5. See error

🤔 Expected

I should be able to see the correct count of vCores from the SQL MI that are not covered by AHB.
