The closest analog to Subtle Button in native macOS are the titlebar buttons. in HC, they keep a consistent border around them. SubtleButton should too. To do this, subtleBackgroundHover and subtleBackgroundPressed need their high contrast variants updated to be closer to what transparentStroke does.
