A message bar is most commonly found near the top of an app, underneath the app's main command bar. For example, the Microsoft Office message bar is positioned beneath the Ribbon, but above the document canvas.
Is there further guidance on where to position a message bar if it’s not underneath the main command bar (‘commonly’ suggests it’s ‘not exclusively’ found there)?
More concretely: when changing sample code on the Fluent UI site such that it can not be rendered, a message bar is shown below the code (see screenshot below); is that considered to be an ‘uncommon’ but still ‘appropriate’ position for a message bar?
