Only on Safari (Mac :) ): the BaseButton's menu comes up with a preselected item

Hi - I am investigating a Mac (Safari only) issue with the context menu rendered by a BaseButton. Only on WebKit2 based browsers, e.g., Safari, does the context menu come up with a preselected item. On all other browsers, the context menu is rendered without a preselected menu item (as it should).

Sadly, even though it's set to false, on Mac (WenKit2), the first child of the menu is selected.
