How to change the text of the FluentValidation popup 'Please fill in this field.'

I use FluentValidation messages. When I press the submit button on the form and I forgot to fill a required field I get a notification popup with an orange exclamation point and the text 'Please fill in the field'.

I'd like to change the text to a dutch translation. How can I do that?

Then, when I fill that required field, go to the next field, go back to the first field, make that field empty and go to the next field, I get a red ValidationMessage underneath the field.

Is it possible that I get the red message already the first time, instead of the popup with the orange exclamation point? And how?
