Inverted links in dark mode does not make sense

2 weeks ago, #34955 was merged. Now every inverted link in dark mode are #ffffff. Why? Using interverted toast in dark mode with link (as the doc says) is white on white background

That change was done according to Figma spec. Do you have the same tokens in your Figma design? If yes, then you might want to talk to your designer
