Charting - Line chart with values less than 1

I'm trying to display a line chart with values less than 1 (e.g. 0.1, 0.2) and have them fill up the full chart. However even if I set yMaxValue to something like 0.5, the chart still has 1 as the max value on the Y axis, causing the data to only take up half of the chart

Is there any way to support these smaller values?
