Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
It's been more than a month since .Net 9 was released and my application has been migrated to .Net 9 but due to Garnet, i am still forced to use .Net 8. Can this be upgraded in the next release.
Describe the solution you'd like
Garnet should be able to run on a system that has only .Net 9 installed
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative would be to have multiple installations of .Net (v8 and v9) on my Apple Macbook so that my application can continue to run on .Net 9 whereas garnet can still run on .Net 8.
