graph rag download No License Found

I am trying to acquire graphrag 1.2.0 or 1.0.1 in our corporate artifactory it rejected saying no license found. Can we please check if proper license are bundled when releasing to pypi?
I think its coming from fnllm package could you please check?
https://github.com/microsoft/essex-toolkit/tree/main there are no tags for this repo to build the old reference of fnllm.
