Will do soon, btw how big is the parquet file supposed to be? I used a 0.73 GB dataset, took about 4 hours to finish the 0.5 parquet file, and for some reason the log file is almost 16 GB.

Here's the issue:

'The model `gpt-4-turbo-preview` does not exist or you do not have access to it.', 'type': 'invalid_request_error', 'param': None, 'code': 'model_not_found'

So your entity extraction is failing due to model access. Can you please share your settings, if possible?
