Fix ambiguous import due to google.golang.org/genproto

Seems to be caused primarily by the `github.com/containerd/errdefs/pkg/errgrpc`
import, but unclear why it is appearing now.

Add replace directive to forcibly ignore older/pre-submodule
`google.golang.org/genproto` package.
