Lack of value for payment

Considering what was paid for this lab, hotel for an extra day, etc the fact that there isn't enough capacity to even run the system, this needs to be addressed ASAP. The answer cannot be "run it on your own subscription" because then all of the money spent on what was mentioned before was wasteful. This course doesn't provide enough value for what it costs.

I understand your concern and I am sorry that it happened. The technical issues we encountered were not related to the lab's content so I will close this issue now.

Please contact the Ignite event support for the feedback about the event's infrastructure which was used to run the event. We had many outages on our client hardware and we are looking into how we can improve their infra for the next event.
