Need Best practices example setting up semantic kernel with Microsoft Bot Framework

Hi All,

Could someone assist me in setting up a semantic kernel with the Microsoft Bot Framework? I'm looking to create a multi-agent system with specific use cases.

One agent should function as a helpdesk, gathering user issue details and providing solutions in a conversational style. The second agent should engage in chat based on a knowledge base.
