Add/Update tags for an existing document

I need it to allow users to enable/disable documents for search. Which can be easily done using MemoryFilters, but I do not see a way to add/update tags for an existing document.

I am using I am using Serverless KM with Postgres.

Currently, there are two options:

1. re-uplaod documents using the same Document ID: KM will take care of updating the records rather than creating new ones
2. access the storage directly making those changes, e.g. with SQL queries or any SDK providing a fluent API
