Unable to access resources in Azure AI Foundry side-bar view

Repro steps:

1. Login to Azure account and set default tenant.
2. Select default project under Resources in the Azure AI Foundry side-bar.
3. Attempt to expand any resource and see the error message and no resources (even though resources exist).

Error Message: Failed to refresh access token.
