There doesn't seem to be a way to log out once the subscription is set

Expected/Actual Behavior

• I have two Azure accounts that I use, one business account and one testing account. I logged into the business account months ago, and wanted to use the testing account. Not sure how to log out of this account.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Log into one account
2. Try to out of the account
3. Realize there isn't a button to do so (or at least not one that I saw immediately)
