Is there an example or examples of applications that create the UI entirely through the UI this includes the App.xaml.cs file?

I'm have knowledge of JavaFX minus the XML stuff so not willing to learn the XML stuff unless it can JavaScript as a front end.

Do you mean create the UI entirely in code-behind? That's certainly possible. Even the App class does not need to have a xaml.

With XAML Islands (Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Hosting.DesktopWindowXamlSource), you don't need *.xaml files for GUI
I tested in C++. C#, VB.NET but I don't know for JavaFX ...

I don’t get the point.
The repo is literally called microsoft-ui-xaml, and it's based on XAML.
Trying to avoid XAML entirely means using the wrong tech stack.

Then you should consider a framework for web technologies, such as FluentUI-react, which may be more suitable for your coding experience
