Where do I go to ask questions about appxmanifest files?

Not sure where to go to ask about appxmanifest files.

Basically we have an app deployed the Microsoft Store, when an admin deploys it via Intune there are some fields, one of which is prepopulated, presumeably from the manifest.

I want to know if/how I can populate other fields like notes etc
