Replace a response in WebView2 #7962

Hi guys, I'm trying to replace the response of a web resource request in a WebView2 in UWP, I tried to follow these suggestions:

in WebView2 where is BuildLocalStreamUri and NavigateToLocalStreamUri methods #4600
WebView2 not loading local app package file #1967

I spent all day, but I was not able to make it work, here there is the min repo, please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or could be a bug? thanks

After further investigation, looks like it's a UWP issue
