Equivalent to Style.Resources?

In WPF I created styles as shown below. This allows child components to be implicitly styled. Is there an equivalent in WinUI?

<Style TargetType="local:TotalHeaderCell"  BasedOn="{StaticResource BaseTotalCellStyle}">
    <Style.Resources>
        <Style TargetType="TextBlock" BasedOn="{StaticResource LeftTextBlockStyle}"></Style>
    </Style.Resources>
</Style>
