ItemsView Horizontal Scrolling with Mouse Scroll Wheel

Is this supported?

I've tried messing around with the base ScrollView, but no luck so far:

GalleryItemsView.ScrollView.ScrollPresenter.ContentOrientation = ScrollingContentOrientation.Horizontal;

GalleryItemsView.ScrollView.ScrollPresenter.HorizontalScrollMode = ScrollingScrollMode.Enabled;
GalleryItemsView.ScrollView.ScrollPresenter.VerticalScrollMode = ScrollingScrollMode.Disabled;

GalleryItemsView.ScrollView.ContentOrientation = ScrollingContentOrientation.Horizontal;

GalleryItemsView.ScrollView.HorizontalScrollMode = ScrollingScrollMode.Enabled;
GalleryItemsView.ScrollView.VerticalScrollMode = ScrollingScrollMode.Disabled;

<ItemsView.Layout>
    <StackLayout Orientation="Horizontal" Spacing="4" />
</ItemsView.Layout>

I should note that I'm running this code in the Loaded method of ItemsView as the base ScrollView is not exposed to xaml

You can simply do this:

ItemsView.ScrollView.PointerWheelChanged += ScrollView_PointerWheelChanged;

Unfortunately, this workaround is very laggy and barely usable, especially with the "hyperscrolling" mode of the Logitech MX Master 3

maybe add a debounce would help
