Multi-Client implementation using single connection

Can you clarify what you mean by multi-client? Do you mean multiple parallel processes sharing the same connection?

Yes, multiple parallel clients are sharing the same single connection with the single server

If the clients are all in the same process, you could multiplex them yourself. HTTP effectively does this in Windows, but uses the kernel. But MsQuic doesn't natively expose any functionality for this.
