I believe those are coming from Path MTU discovery logic. Why do you want to eliminate them? They are used to determine the largest MTU available between the peers. |

Do you know where the logic behind MTU discovery is documented? I am running a scenario with a high rate of packet loss and retransmissions and would like to understand its impact on the QUIC protocol. I also want to determine whether this logic could have any effect in such conditions. |
