How quic stream created?

I'm using quic as a RPC transport.
I'm confused that how packet send/receive while create a bidirectional stream.
Once a stream create on a client, does it need to wait create response from peer before sending data?
Should I keep stream after a completed rpc or create new stream everytime?
Is that have same latency?

You may want to look at the RFC 9000 for details.
There is no need to wait for the peer when creating a stream. Your client can open a stream, send data and close the stream in a single datagram.
For an RPC, a typical design is to use one stream per request (which makes it easy to handle concurrent requests) - although that's up to you.
