How to install ONNXRUNTIME?

I just downloaded onnxruntime-win-x64-gpu-1.19.2.zip and I can't find ways to install it

I've tried: pip install onnxruntime-gpu==1.19.2

And got this:

"ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement onnxruntime-gpu==1.19.2 (from versions: 1.20.0, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.21.0)"
