Remove DirectML DLL file after onnx-runtime is installed as part of the SPS Build

we want a a clarification for the licenses of the below prebuilt libraries:

/node_modules/onnxruntime-node/bin/napi-v3/win32/x64/DirectML.dll 
/node_modules/onnxruntime-node/bin/napi-v3/win32/arm64/DirectML.dl

Can someone give us an answer before we proceed?

You may delete them then use the system version: C:\Windows\System32\directml.dll
Or get them from nuget.org. Or ask https://github.com/microsoft/DirectML .
