CI: Fix job dependency for VMM tests (#1877)

I noticed today that the VMM tests job was depending on the "build artifacts not for VMM tests" job, which shouldn't be the case. Turns out this was due to the TMKs getting built in the wrong job. Just move them to the right place and regen.
