[BUG]: Sign In Required Every Time I Access Dashboard

Describe the bug
I am required to sign in every single time I access playwright.microsoft.com, even if I have it open already and am just opening a second tab

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open playwright.microsoft.com
2. Sign in using Microsoft Authentication
3. Open another playwright.microsoft.com tab
4. Sign in is required
5. Close all tabs
6. Go to playwright.microsoft.com again
7. Sign in is required again

Expected behavior
I would expect my session to be retained/sign in not required again for a few minutes at least
