Quota Increase Request
Quota to Increase:

Business Justification:
We believe we are seeing extended wait times, as we have ramped up the number of tests we are running. We think we are seeing the most contention on one workspace in particular, so that's a good place to start.
It would be great to get a metric available from the service for the number of parallel workers in use please, to help use judge usage.
The example run I've looked at ran
Requested New Quota Limit:
250 workers per workspace (I saw you set that to be the limit elsewhere)
Additional Information:
We think this is materially affecting our test run times. The example run I've looked at, excluding one outlying test, took 210s to run 843s of tests across 7 workers, which best case would have been 120s.
