2. run tests
3. open html report

Expected behavior

metadata should show link to pr

Actual behavior

doesn't show link

i would have expected it to link to here: debs-obrien/playwright-movies-app#40

im opening the report locally on both the branch that has the commit and main after merge but no link appears

downloading the report from CI does show the link. so just locally seems to be an issue. perhaps it is not meant to work locally?
