[Feature]: Only allow zip files to be selected for upload #37933

🚀 Feature Request
Reflect the change that the trace viewer only allows 1 trace at same time and let user only select zip files.
Originally mentioned in #37905. Concern is that users may not have their zip names ending on '.zip', so mime type should be used here instead.
