Not able to init a new powerplatform code app

Dear Community,
When i execute the command:
pac code init --displayName "App Scratch"

I get the following error:
Error: The environment '.............' in tenant '.............................' does not allow this operation for this Code app '4e0e2ce3-6f04-4f22-8284-fa6b31f86d26'. Please reach out to your environment admin to enable Code app operations.

When I search on google or ask any AI, it says that i dont have the following option enabled:
Allow publishing of canvas apps with code components

But in fact, I do have it enabled. So is there anyone that could help me with it?

Code apps is currently in Early access preview. You will need to create a first release environment ( https://github.com/microsoft/PowerAppsCodeApps#create-a-first-release-power-platform-environment), then request access by filling out this form: https://aka.ms/paCodeAppsEAP.
