PA3007: MsApp is corrupted. Duplicate Control Unique Ids

pac version: Version: 1.46.1+gd89d831 (.NET Framework 4.8.9310.0)

Command:

The output ends with:

But there is no indication of what the Id is or where it is.

This seems like a large gap in the tooling worthy of an issue/fix.

In the meantime, how can I identify which control is duplicated?

I was able to avoid the error by deleting Entropy.json (also checksum and another file in that directory, but Entropy.json on its own was enough for the error not to happen).
This did not seem to cause other issues -- the changes were not showing when opening the canvas app editor after importing, but that is not uncommon and I have seen that before -- resolved that by clearing the EditorState directory before packing/importing.

I believe I ran into this PA3007 issue in the first place due to merging git branches (specifically upmerging into the branch of a newer version because changes had gone into the old branch after the new one had been created. This merging was necessary to avoid having to make the changes manually in two different environments, which would have been error-prone and inconsistent).
