connectorId did not take effect in settings.json

I configured a settings.json file like below:

  "apiDefinition": "apiDefinition.swagger.json",

}

And then run command to create the connector

pac connector create --settings-file settings.json

It will create the connector with different connector id

connectorId is used for update or download, it is not used for create, and should be updated after creating
