Describe the bug
On the Courses hub, lessons do not display the Show Instructions section. This is inconsistent with other introductory courses, which include the Show Instructions section, such as "Lessons".

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2.Scroll down to Courses tutorial section.
3.Click any lessons and observe the behavior.

Actual Behavior
The Show Instructions section/button is absent on lesson cards/pages under Courses.

Expected Behavior
Each lesson under Courses should include a visible Show Instructions section/button. Clicking it should open the full instructions page directly in a new browser tab for easy reference.
