Any working file or image picker for react-native-windows?

Hello, i am building an app for windows and macos. So far everything is fine but i met an obstacle quite serious. I can't find any working file picker for React-native-windows or macos.

Versions i have are
"react-native-windows": "0.74.16"
"react-native-macos": "^0.73.34-0"

I have tried so far
https://react-native-documents.github.io/
https://github.com/react-native-image-picker/react-native-image-picker
https://github.com/itinance/react-native-fs

But none of the above worked.
Can anyone help me out?
