Able to upload document to be indexed with into Blob Storage

Hi there, is there any chance that we have a functionality to upload a document, store it into the Azure Blob Storage and then understand the context where the user parsed the document to ask questions based on the latest indexing?
I believe this would add better functionalities to the chatbot!
