Multi turn not working on SK 1.43 C# version

Hi,
Facing an issue when using SK 1.43 version with Azure AI Agent Service.
I have 2 agents with plugins and tools.
Agent1 returns and can see termination strategy being invoked saying "Continue" but dont see Agent2 being called even though selection strategy explicitly says After calling Agent1, call Agent2.
