Support for responses api in AgentGroupChat

We are looking to migrate to using the Responses API and GPT-4.1 within Semantic Kernel.
However, as it currently stands, it looks like GPT-4.1 is not supported by Azure OpenAI with the Assistants API, and the Responses API is not currently supported by Semantic Kernel within AgentGroupChat.

We were curious if there are any plans to add Responses API support within AgentGroupChat, and what the timeline for that might be.

@smokhasi We're working on new agent orchestration patterns, and as part of this, we'll be making sure the OpenAIResponsesAgent is part of that integration. Stay tuned, please.
