How AgentGroupChat is Related to A2A Protocol?

I have came across A2A Protocol and I have also used SK's AgentGroupChat, in both the cases Agents Converse with other, so how SK looks on A2A Protocol, is this an alternate to AgentGroupChat, or which one is better?
