OpenAIKernelBuilderExtensions add extension method

Why does OpenAIKernelBuilderExtensions only provide an extension method for passing the endpoint parameter in Chat Completion?
eg Text Embedding、Text to image no corresponding overload method.

@MayueCif , majority of scenarios were targeting the ChatCompletion service, other modalities didn't had the demand and this feature initially was exposed as experimental.

I will create a feature request issue regarding this observation to add the capability to the other extensions, thanks for raising it.
