How to generate process definition by LLM similar to Agent Flow in Copilot Studio ?

Hi,
I want to build something similar like Agent Flow in Copilot Studio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJTKyk3Pr7s

1. First - we write in natural language description of business process which could be long-term
2. AI generate workflow definition (which could be presented in designer and modified by user)
3. Generated workflow could run

How can I achive this scenario using Semantic Kernel Process Framework or Semantic Kernel, AutoGen etc. ?
Or maybe it could be better use another frameworks like LangGraph / LangChain?

Additional question - is it possible generate business processes in this scenario with BPMN language description?
