How to use SK (.Net/C#) to connect to a local Chroma database, and then pass the question&result to the LLM model??

Using Python and LangChain, I can connect to a local Chroma database, and then pass the question&result to the LLM model.

Question: How to use SK to do the same thing (code below) in .Net/C# ?

vectordb = Chroma(persist_directory=persist_directory, embedding_function=embeddings)

llm = ChatOpenAI(model_name="gpt-3.5-turbo-0301", temperature=0)
qa_chain = RetrievalQA.from_chain_type(llm=llm,

I want to use SK (.Net/C#) to replace Python/LangChain but found it's not straightforward.
